Ps4 update has enough space but wont download

The ps4 needs enough space for the game and update for an update the only problem is I have more than enough for the game and update and it still won't let me it makes no sense. You need the size of the game + the patch size free, it's the way the PS4 works as it's making a backup incase it corrupts. The PS4 won't actually let you use all the "free" space, some portion is reserved for system usage. For instance, right now I have 32 GB free but I had to uninstall something small earlier today to download the 2 GB FFXV update. So it's a MB download. But that will be totaled with + GB when you factor in ALL the downloads you ever made for that title. This is what the PS4 will count, rather than the measly MB.
